Meet the Team

Paul Wilson is the lead for the national ARC Knowledge Mobilisation programme. He is based at the Centre for Primary Care and Health Services Research, University of Manchester and Implementation Science research theme lead for the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration Greater Manchester. He is Co-Director of the NIHR Rapid Service Evaluation Team: REVAL and is Co Editor in Chief of the international journal Implementation Science

Roman is a leading academic in the field of Knowledge Mobilisation. His research focuses on implementation science, organisational change, and evidence-informed policy. He provides expert input into the strategic direction and learning components of the knowledge mobilisation programme.

Mike leads the coordination and delivery of Knowledge Mobilisation activities across the ARC Greater Manchester programme. He works closely with partner organisations to support the uptake of research evidence into practice, ensuring alignment with system priorities and service improvement goals.

Rebecca programme manages the coordination and delivery of national and regional  knowledge mobilisation programmes with a key focus on

1. skills development for health and care professionals new to knowledge mobilisation roles to support the uptake of research evidence into practice, ensuring strategic alignment with system priorities
2. knowledge mobilisation events
3. public involvement in knowledge mobilisation
4. research inclusion.

Pip plays a key role in supporting the coordination and delivery of Knowledge Mobilisation activities. She works closely with the team and partners to ensure smooth project delivery, providing essential administrative and research support to help bridge the gap between evidence and practice.
