ARC-GM Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Workshop
On Tuesday 23rd July, eleven members of ARC-GM staff took part in a workshop facilitated by Dr Penny Lewis, Academic Career Development Lead and Dr Rathi Ravindrarajah, Divisional Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead.
The group discussed ARC-GM’s future vision for being a more inclusive research organisation exploring how we make the research that we do and the teams we work within, more equitable, inclusive and reflective of the diversity of our Greater Manchester Communities.
We identified key priorities and the ideas generated will be built upon with wider engagement of stakeholders, contributing to a future ARC-GM strategy for research inclusion.
