Our Stakeholders

ARC-GM works collaboratve with a wide range of stakeholders and public contributors to co-design, co-produce and discuss the key research priorites for the local Greater Manchester system.

Overview

ARC-GM’s mission is to conduct high quality applied health and care research that responds to, and meets the needs of local populations and local health care systems.

We can only do this through partnerships with our stakeholders including the communities of Greater Manchester; the staff within the local health and care system; Voluntary, Charity and Social Enterprise Sector; industry and the teams of researchers across our universities.

On Thursday 23rd March 2023 we invited multiple stakeholders to our first in person meeting (post-pandemic) to talk about the work we have done so far and to help us plan our future research priorities.   We were joined by colleagues from Greater Manchester’s Integrated Care Partnership to hear about the five-year strategy to address health and care needs of its citizens.

Shaping our future research to support this strategy will help us make the greatest impact with the research that we do.
