Applications open for ARC-GM Research Inclusion Lead

The NIHR Applied Research Collaboration Greater Manchester (ARC-GM) is inviting expressions of interest for the new role of Research Inclusion Lead.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about making research more inclusive and ensuring everyone has a fair opportunity to take part in, contribute to and benefit from research.

The Research Inclusion Lead will join the ARC-GM Executive Group, providing strategic leadership to embed inclusive and equitable approaches across the collaboration. Working alongside researchers, public contributors and partner organisations, the successful applicant will help shape and deliver ARC-GM's Research Inclusion Strategy, tackling barriers to participation, strengthening workforce inclusion and supporting research that better reflects the diverse communities of Greater Manchester.

The role is funded for up to 0.2 FTE, is designed to sit alongside an existing role, and is available until 31st March 2031. Applications are welcome from colleagues employed by ARC-GM partner organisations with experience in applied research, community engagement, public involvement, equality and inclusion, workforce development or related fields.

To apply, please submit:
